You can return or replace the product if you do not like it or find it in damaged condition. In such a case, you can inform us by emailing us at Customerservice@Kashmirvalleyarts.com. Please mention your bill and order no in the subject line. You must write to us within 24 hours of receiving the product, else kashmirvalleyarts.com will not return\replace the product.
Our customer care executive will revert to you with details within 24 hours. You will have to return the product to the courier service provider who will be sent to collect it. The cost of the product will be refunded to you, minus the shipping charges for sending back the product.
